Põhjamaade MLÜde ümarlaud
29. märtsil 2008 toimub Norra pealinnas Oslos taaskord Põhjamaade mudellennuühenduste koosolek.
Norrakad oleksid väga huvitatud meie delegaadi viibimisest antud koosolekul.
Nordic Aeromodelling Council meeting - sub-ANA meeting
To national air sports federations/aeromodelling of:
Sweden - Sveriges Modellflygforbund
Denmark - RC-unionen
Finland - Finlands Flygforbund
Iceland - Flugmalafelag Islands and Flugmódelfélagið Þytur
Estonia - Estonia Airsports Federation
Latvia - Latvijas Aeroklubas
Lithuania - Lietuvos Aeroklubas and Aeromodelling Federation of Lithuania
According to earlier agreements, the Baltic countries are mostly welcome to attend, and we hope to see all of you. First of all, we apologize if this message reaches too many people. We just want to make sure that everyone are alerted. Can those of you who is the correct addressee please confirm with your correct e-mail address. And, if you see someone that should be on the list, please forward and let me know.
We are sorry that the earlier planned Nordic Aeromodelling Council meeting has not been called as per plan. As usual, the excuse is too much work that should have been finished and too few days/hours to do it all. Anyhow, we now have a plan for this meeting in Oslo on Saturday March 29th 2008. We know this is the same date as the CIAM March meeting, but is the only date we could find in the near future. We hope that all of you can still come yourself, or that you can appoint an alternate delegate.
Wehave a lot of items to discuss:
- Activity reporting
- Common Nordic rules for scale competitions
- Common Nordic rules for IMAC competitions
- Schedule of future Nordic Championships
- How to handle the new 2,4 GHz equipment
- FAI/CIAM recognition of Nordic Champs as a regional championship
- Safety - large models, jets - status
- CAA control over aeromodelling?
These are just a few items that I remember just now. Please feel free to fill in whatever you think should be put on the agenda.
The meeting will be held in the auditorium of the small Airplane Museum close to Gardermoen, the Oslo airport. The hotel is situated 100 meters away. We will negotiate favourable room rates. We are happy to sponsor all meals from breakfast Saturday up to and including dinner Saturday evening. I suppose most of you will have to arrive Friday evening. We will be there to welcome you. You are all invited to attend with one delegate, and if you wish, with a secretary/second delegate.
An official invitaiton will be mailed to your addresses within a week. Could you anyway indicate already now if you will attend the meeting or not.
Best regards
On behalf of Norwegian Air Sports Federation/Aeromodelling

Chairman
